About us
We serve a population with diverse needs—from areas of affluence to deep deprivation.
Life expectancy can vary dramatically depending on where you live. And healthy life expectancy is reducing across our population.
That’s not okay.
Our reason for being is to change that.
Every role here contributes to that mission.
