We don’t always get it right, but we’re learning.
We want to hear what’s working, what’s not and what could be better.

How you can tell us what you think
- Talk to your line manager or your line managers line manager
- Ask us a question at Trust Talk – last Thursday of the month at 9am – online and in person – if you can’t join live you can watch the recording back.
- Join one of our ‘Meet Joe’ sessions with our Chief Executive – in person twice a month at community and hospital sites and online four times a year
- Ask Joe a question – email tsdft.ask.joe@nhs.net
- Fill in our annual NHS staff survey and our quarterly pulse survey
- Speak to your trade union representative
- If you don’t feel confident to speak up, talk to our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian or use our anonymous confidential WorkInConfidence online platform
- Talk to our wellbeing team or our chaplaincy service
